Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you reach us, the more options we have to help you.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel within this window, contact us immediately:

Cancellations After Processing Begins

If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we will make every effort to stop the shipment. If successful, a full refund will be issued. If the order cannot be stopped at the warehouse, it will need to be treated as a return (see our Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it ships, you may:

Refuse the delivery — the carrier will return it to our fulfillment center. Once received, a refund will be processed minus any freight return charges applicable to large or heavy items.
Accept and return — contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return under our standard Return Policy .

Special Orders & Custom Configurations

Orders for custom system configurations, bulk/pallet quantities arranged specifically for a project, or items ordered specially at your request may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed with our supplier. We will notify you clearly at the time of ordering if a purchase is non-cancellable.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. Depending on your card issuer or bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order (different product variant, updated shipping address, or quantity adjustment) rather than cancel entirely, contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate modifications on orders that have not yet been picked and packed.
