We ship to addresses within the United States. Products ship directly from our manufacturers and authorized U.S. distribution partners.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item. Large or heavy items such as power stations and battery banks ship by freight (LTL) and may take longer.

Large & Freight Items

• Oversized items ship via freight carrier and may require a signature.
• Standard freight is curbside delivery; please confirm someone is available to receive the shipment.
• Lithium battery products are shipped in compliance with applicable transportation regulations, which can affect carrier options and timing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact support@voltedgeindustries.com.
